Group Call for Help With Legal Challenge

In order to mount a legal challenge to Flagship proposal to spend two decades reducing the estate to a building site, the AAG need a suitable volunteer who is prepared to become a Test Case and receive Legal Help (not Legal Aid).

However, certain conditions apply. You need to be all of the following:

• A tenant, either private or social

• Have household savings of less than £8,000

• Be on a benefit such as Universal Credit, Income Support or Jobseekers Allowance

You would NOT be liable for any costs.
